APPRAISAL UNDER POLICY

 Every Policyholder has a right and duty mandated under contract to submit any property damage dispute to appraisal (prior to any litigation) its contractual.

PURPOSE Saves time and cost to settle smaller damage claims. It cannot be used to define or reverse coverage denials.
